Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer reliable and efficient delivery of E-Bikes and accessories across all EU countries.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
1. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days, which includes 1–2 business days for processing and 3–7 business days for transit.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free of charge for all E-Bikes orders, unless otherwise specified.
Accessory orders may be subject to a small standard delivery fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.
4. Delivery and Acceptance
We kindly ask customers to inspect their packages upon delivery.
If you notice any visible damage to the parcel, you may refuse to accept the shipment and contact us immediately at info@shengmilobike.com.
If you accept the delivery, any issues or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
5. Customs, Duties & VAT
All products are shipped from Poland through EU internal logistics channels.
There are no customs duties or import fees for deliveries within the European Union.
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT, ensuring complete transparency with no hidden charges.
